  1. Wonderful pictures Liam, now I am more jealous than ever! The market looks so great except that dog/rat? Worse than Jakey!
    The writing on the hillside reminds me of Thermopolis in Wyoming. One of my favorite places.
    I am suprised the peruvians don’t all wear sandals, or maybe they shine those too.

  2. Actually, they do try to get you to pay them to shine your sandals. I had a bit of an argument with un niño who wanted to shine just the little leather part of my flip flops.

  4. There is a little town outside of cusco that has river rides….when it is rushing it is scarey and fun….Fortuantely I fell in the raft or would have been swept away. But try it and eat lunch in the town where pigs run around.
